A1. Nea has fullbright function. Fulbright function means that regardless of the sun's light
You can switch ON / OFF with the function to keep your face and neck always at maximum brightness.
This function is ON by default.
To turn on / off the fullbright function, you first need to install the face light included with Nea. When you wear it, a new button will appear at the right end of your HUD.
You can switch on / off fullbright from this button.
If your head and neck color do not match, it probably is because both fullbrights do not match. Please do the fullbright switching operation while wearing both head and neck. Perhaps your problem will be solved.
Q2. I can not match the body of Maitreya with the color of Nea head.
A2. When using Nea head with full bright OFF, Lara body can have color same as Nea head with color change function of Lara body.
However, when you use Nea head with Fulbright ON, you can not make your Lara body and Nea head the same color. Because lara body does not have fullbright function. For that purpose I enclose "Upper neck" and "Under neck" to Nea. You will not use them at the same time.
Q3. At the moment the expression changes, the display of the face may look strange.
A3. In our mesh avatar facial expression change system, depending on the viewer's graphic setting, overlapping transparency objects overlap at the moment the facial expression changes, problems may arise in avatar face display. This is the spec of SL. However, by solving the problem by doing one of the following methods.
A. Turn on full brightness (full brightness) (both oneself and ones look normal from any environment)
B. Turn off facial expression changes (If the facial expressions do not change, the display always looks normal)
Even if it seems normal from yourself, it does not necessarily mean that it seems normal from other viewers with different viewer settings. Please be careful when turning off fullbright.
Q4. What is full bright ?
A4. If you set the object to Full Bright, the texture will not be affected by light and will always be displayed in full light condition.
Q5. Why do I need a face light during fullbright which is not affected by light?
A5. In order to make the joint between the face and the body look smooth when the surroundings are dark, such as when the sky setting is "midnight". If you do not use face light in dark circumstances, only the head looks bright.
Q6. Can you change the size of your head?
A6. It is possible. You can change the size of the head by changing the numerical value of the shape's "head size"
I can do it. If you change the head size, you need to edit the following items.
1. Numerical value of "eye size" of shape
2. Numerical values of shape's "indentation"
3. Numerical values of "neck thickness" and "neck length" of shape
4. Ear size and position (ear is set to editable)
Q7. Can I change the size and position of my ears?
A7. It is possible. Ear is set to editable. You can manually change the size of this ear. When enlarging or reducing, please check the "stretch both sides" option in the editing window. This makes your ear enlarged / reduced around the center of the left and right ears, making editing easier.
Q8. Why is my ear attached to my head?

Changing the value of the shape with the value of the head does not cause any problems only with the following items.

Q10. After teleporting, the face shape collapsed.
A10. As of February 2012, there is a problem that the LOD display becomes strange right after teleporting in the official viewer. In such a case, touch the attached face or reinstall it to return to the original shape. Q11. My eyelashes look a bit blurry.
A11. When the anisotropic filtering is on and off, the way the eyelashes look looks greatly different. In case of OFF, pale eyelashes will be difficult to see, so we recommend that you choose dark eyelashes. You are selecting the eyelashes that do not have discomfort that is actually listed.

Anisotropic filtering can be accessed from the "Hardware" button of "Graphic tab" of "Preferences".
Q12. There are shaded and unshaded white eyes, but how do you use them properly?
A12. If the rig mesh's hair strikes the eye of the S @ R hybrid avatar, the reflection unit of the eye may become completely transparent due to the transparent texture of the hair. If you use white shades without shading in this case, it will be a strange appearance. In such a case, by setting the transparency of the reflecting unit high and combining it with shaded white eyes there may be a case where discomfort is diminished. In such a case please use eyes with shadows.
Q13. I want to delete a script installed in a product
A13. Yes. However please be sure to take a copy of the item after you do. How to delete a script depends on the attached object. The head can be deleted by dialog from HUD Q & A button. Eyes can also be removed from the HUD eye button with a dialogue mesh. For the mesh, you can edit it, so delete it manually.
Q14. My HUD has no adjustment buttons for eyes, tears, face lights.
